What is Namaa Properties?
Namaa Properties is a turnkey real estate investment company that gives busy professionals a way to own cash-flowing rental properties without the operational burden of being a landlord. We source, renovate, and manage single-family rental properties in the Chicago area, handling everything from acquisition to tenant placement to ongoing property management, so investors can own real estate directly without the day-to-day involvement it typically requires.
We work with high-income professionals across all fields who see the value in real estate as a long-term wealth-building tool, but don't have the time, local expertise, or interest in operating properties themselves.
Our Philosophy
Namaa (نماء) is the Arabic word for growth.

Meet the Founder
Hassan has spent seven years in real estate, including five years at SBS Properties, a well-established investment firm in Chicago. Coming from a background in technology, he's brought that same tech-forward mindset to real estate, building systems and processes that give investors a real decision-making and operational edge.
